"Qadir" Fan Concept Art for League of Legends

When tackling such an extensive concept art project, the lack of a team of people to bounce ideas from really hinders the progress as I lack the confidence to move forward. Regardless, I gave myself a prompt and decided to push on.
I am a big fan of fighting games and the "grappler" archetype is one of my favorite. I wanted to see how such a character could transition to League of Legends. The prompt I gave myself was: Wrestler with a claw. Another aspect that was interesting to me was to explore a middle-eastern inspired character. League of Legends already has such cultures in it's lore, so the fit was easy. Lore-wise, I imagine him to be a Sultan of a nomadic Shuriman Tribe that was once a pit fighter and tore off the claw of an ancient golem to replace his missing hand. Any feedback is much welcome. I struggle to find the balance between quick and presentable when tackling concept art.
